The Employer has an option to have their company name appear on
the card (larger companies only). The Payroll card is ordered and
paid for. The product is received at the Employers location in two
to three weeks of ordering. The Employer assigns card number to
Employees and houses the information in our database. The Employer
logs into our secure database and completes the on-line loading
function for the current pay period. This can be done one Employee
at a time or a batch method of all Employees. The funds are directed
into the stored value card account. The cards are distributed to
Employees with payroll funds loaded and an instructional sheet for
how to use your card. The Employee is instructed to
call or go on-line to change the temporary PIN number and register
the card (first time use only). Payroll companies can choose to
collect additional data for extra reporting functions. I.e. (what
shift, what department, etc) to provide additional reporting capabilities
to the Employer. Prices for the payroll card is negotiated on a
per account basis.

Banquecard Employer Payroll Processing
The Banquecard is an electronic funds deposit system that enables
an employer to electronically pay 100% of his/her employees, even
those without bank accounts. It has significant advantages over
conventional ACH or Direct Deposit systems:
· Electronically pay unbanked Employees
Giving a Banquecard to your unbanked employees allows you to pay
them as easily as your employees with bank accounts.
· More Reliable than Direct Deposit The Banquecard
is a permanent electronic bank account, which does not change. All
funds are transmitted to a single bank. Employees with Banquecards
will receive their funds on time, accurately and have immediate
access to all their funds on payday.
· Faster than Direct Deposit Direct Deposit procedures
require payroll deposits to be made up to three (3) banking days
before payday. With Banquecard, you can run your payroll and pay
employees no later than the previous day.
· Instant Corrections and Manual Checks No FedX or
couriers for missing checks or for new/terminated employees. You
can instantly fund individual Banquecards using our Internet or
telephone service. New employees can be issued an instant

Payroll Bank Account Options
There are three (3) different options for setting up your bank
accounts to work with Banquecard:
· Currently use direct deposit If you currently use
direct deposit and wish to make payroll deposits to Banquecards
using the same system, you dont need to make any changes.
You currently have a bank account for each employee consisting of
an ABA Bank Code and an Account Number. Each of your employees with
a Banquecard will have an ABA Bank Code and a virtual account number.
Once you enter all the Banquecard numbers into your payroll software
system or Direct Deposit system, those employees will be paid using
direct deposit.
· Use Banquecard deposit bank for Banquecard payroll
If you wish to establish a payroll account with the Banquecard bank,
it will give you faster payment of your payroll. ACH can take up
to two days, while funding your Banquecards from your account at
our bank is instant!
· Use banquecard deposit bank only for instant funding
You may wish to maintain only a small balance account at
the Banquecard bank just for instantly funding for new employees,
correcting checks or fast expense advances and reimbursements.
· Individual Store (Small Employer) method You can
maintain a payroll account at the banquecard bank and use the Internet
or our automated telephone system to fund individual cards one-at-a-time.
This is simple but only practical for less than 100 employees per
payroll.
Procedure if you Currently use Direct Deposit
If you currently use Direct Deposit to pay some of your employees,
here are the steps to implement the Banquecard:
1. Provide your sales representative with an Excel spreadsheet
file of your employees who will be issued Banquecards. We will need
their full name, mailing address and social security number.
2. Banquecards will be issued and directly sent to your employees
or sent to you for distribution. You will receive a list and database
of employees along with the number of their new Banquecard.
3. Into your existing payroll system or service, enter the Banquecard
ABA Bank number and Account (Card) Number for each employee.
4. Run your payroll and generate your Direct Deposit as you do
now and your Banquecard equipped employees will receive their net
payroll the next banking day.
5. Distribute pay stubs as you do now or print them off on-line.
Procedure if you use the Banquecard bank
If you wish to maintain a payroll account at the Banquecard bank
for funding Banquecards, here are the steps to implement Banquecard:
1. Provide your sales representative with an Excel spreadsheet
file of your employees who will be issued Banquecard. We will need
their full name, mailing address and social security number.
2. Banquecards will be issued and sent directly to your employees
or sent to you for distribution. You will receive a list and database
of employees along with the number of their new Banquecard.
3. Into your existing payroll system or service, enter the Banquecard
ABA Bank number and Account (Card) Number for each employee.
4. Run your payroll; generate your Direct Deposit payroll file
for Banquecard equipped employees and upload that file on the Banquecard
secure Internet site.
5. If you have sufficient funds in your payroll account at the
Banquecard bank, then your Banquecard equipped employees will receive
their net payroll within one (1) hour of your data file upload.
6. Distribute pay stubs as you do now or print them off on-line.
Immediate Pay or Make Corrections
Procedure to instantly fund existing employees Banquecard account
due to Payroll calculation errors,expense advances, or new employees.
1. Log onto the Banquecard secure Internet site and access your
employee records area.
2. Select the employee you wish to pay manually.
3. If you are paying a new employee without a Banquecard, select
the number of the Instant Banquecard you have given
the employee from your card stock at your office.
4. Select the funds payment feature and enter the amount to be
paid.
5. When complete, the amount will be instantly credited to the
employees card account and instantly deducted from your payroll
account at the Banquecard bank.
6. Distribute pay stubs as you do now or print them off on-line.
Distributing pay stubs
When you use Direct Deposit or Banquecard for electronic payroll
disbursement, you are still required to distribute to your employees
the information contained on their pay stub. There are a number
of options available to you:
· Mail There is no requirement to have pay stubs
available on payday. You can generate them from your payroll software
and mail them in bulk to your individual offices/sites for distribution
to employees.
· Emails to Office Many companies email all the pay
stub information to a store manager or supervisor at each location
who prints the stubs and distributes them.
· Virtual Payroll There are Internet-based virtual
payroll services that compute your payrolls, make tax deposits,
generate government reports and provide secure Internet sites where
managers can download and print pay stubs for the employees in their
office.
