Speedy Money Network (North America) Limited is a telecommunication and money services firm based in Toronto, Windsor & Detroit, MI. U.S.A. Currently operating in its beginning stages, Speedy Money, offers its customers non-banking, fee-based services including cheque cashing, cash advances for regular employment cheques, currency exchange, and automated bill payment. Also, money order and money transfer, @Grame, @Money order delivery, debit cards and ATM/POS Merchant cards will become available. An expansion of the business from North America into a GLOBAL NET WORK is anticipated by the end of 2001, will be the company's second stage of development. In exchange for services selected subagents around the world will be given access to the Speedy Money computer network and service products. Subsequent stages of operations will see Speedy Money expand throughout the U.S.A and Canada and will add telecommunication services. Through our sister company, Speedy Tel will add such services as call-back, long distance, and calling cards.

Speedy Money Network is registered as an International Investment Business Corporation, which is used to finance the operation of telecommunication subsidiaries registered and licensed in state of Nevada in United States. In January 2000 we opened our satellite office in Toronto & Montreal and commissioned the creation of a computer network. We continued negotiations with our corresponding agent in money transfer with the intention of giving our agents exclusive jurisdictional rights in some areas and Non-exclusive jurisdictional rights in some other areas to offer this service around the globe. In 16 weeks we achieved a tentative agreement to that end.

In recent years, a money service industry concentrating on money wiring, cheque cashing, cash advances, bill payments, money orders, and currency exchange has seen steady growth. This new industry has yet to take advantage of both expanding global markets and the full capacity of modern telecommunication technology. Thus, there is no single multinational company that offers this complete package of money services around the world.
Aware of the need that now exists for dependable, rapid, and secure money service, Speedy Money Network is seeking community leaders to represent us and offer our complete range of money services to the public.
The Speedy Money enterprise is a unique business venture that combines elements from two distinct industries in order to take advantage of certain synergies emerging from computer technology and globalization . As world markets begin the process of computerization and modernization, there will be increased opportunities in both the telecommunications and financial services industry, particularly in our focus market . Both industries have been revolutionized in North America and Europe by computerization and this revolution is beginning in the rest of the world. The Speedy Money model is, less insistent on a full banking model and has greater emphasis on other fee-based money services.
Speedy Money envisions itself as a worldwide network of money service providers connected together through a high-capacity computer network.
